    • Every purchase has a seven (7) day window for refunds or exchanges.
    • No refunds will given if the product(s) have been opened, used, or damaged. Products must be in original packaging and returned as it was. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from final refund cost.
    • Exchanges for defective products must email highheelco@gmail.com with photos and description of the defective product(s). Only unopened, unaltered, unused accessories of the original order will be exchanged.
